Company Policies We appreciate your business and support! *All trees B&B *Please call for any items not listed Note: Summer digging (May 1 - October 15) Includes FREE Bio-Plex transplant treatment. Terms: C.O.D - Net 30 days with approved credit arrangements. 50% deposit is required (prior to digging) with approved credit arrangements. Interest of 1.5% per month will be added to past due accounts. Delivery: Is the responsibility of the purchaser. However, we can arrange economical truck delivery. Transportation cost is based on actual round trip mileage at $1.75 per mile. Minimum delivery fee of $100. Customers are responsible for unloading. Replacements: We do everything possible to ensure that your shipment arrives in excellent condition. We cannot be responsible for failures due to conditions beyond our control. All claims must be made upon receipt of stock. No claims will be honored unless it is made in writing on delivery receipt. Minimum Order: We require a minimum of 6 trees per order.
